Build it, paint it, etc…..
Costumes – Chair: Linda Caprathe
Machine sew, hand sew, tack, seam rip, pin hems, glue, etc… new or existing costumes (Some projects can be done from your home). Assist cast & crew members as they try on different pieces and organize them once they’ve been assigned. Help organize the return of costumes after the final performance (part of STRIKE). Machine wash clothes after the performance and return to the costume dept. Drop-off and pick up dry clean only apparel to the dry cleaners (the theater dept pays for the cleaning).
Props – Chair: Needed
Obtain props needed for production and organize props before, during and after performance.
Usher – Chair: Needed
Collect tickets and pass out programs prior to performance, remain at assigned door position & enforce theatre protocol throughout performance, collect any unwanted programs and clean up auditorium after performance.
Cast Party - Chair: Needed
Help organize the meal, decorate the cafeteria and clean-up.
Show Concessions - Chair: Needed
Help set up concession area, organize food and drink items to be sold during intermission. Shop for needed items. Work concession area during intermission
This is an amazing production that requires a lot of cooperation from each cast & crew member’s family. More than one person from a family can volunteer. We expect that each member of the cast & crew have someone give some time to help in the following categories. If you don’t get contacted by a committee chair for volunteering please contact one of the production team and we will be more than happy to pass your name along.
